I used to work as an SAP Financial consultant at I AM Consulting, Co., Ltd. for three years. I believe that I would make a valuable to your company.

With 3 years’ experience in this field, I participate in 2 full life-cycle SAP implementation projects and 3 re-implementation projects in various field, so I interacted with a lot of customers. I performed all tasks during the implementation, including analyzed and design business processes in order to meet SAP Best Practice, gathered business requirements from customers, operated on System Design, Implementation, and Configuration according to the requirements, developed the Functional Specifications for ABAP consultants if customization needed, performed Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developed User Manual, performed User Training sessions, migrated data from customers’ existing system to SAP, solved customers’ after go-live issues both on-site and email, and also maintained customers’ relationships.

Moreover, I can fluently speak, read, and write English. I have strong technical and interpersonal skills, which were developed during the time I worked. My strengths are my positive attitude and good time-management skill. I am able to work professionally under the high pressure environment.

Currently, I am a master’s student in Business Administration at George Mason University. My major is concentrated on Information Systems and expect to graduate in December 2018. The current GPA is 3.60.
